Refund & Exchange Policy
At Coord Sets, we want every customer to feel confident while shopping with us. We've made our refund and exchange process simple, fair, and completely transparent β so you can shop worry-free.
Our Commitment To You
Every single piece you order from Coord Sets goes through careful quality checks before it is dispatched. Our team inspects each garment for fabric quality, stitching accuracy, correct sizing, colour consistency, and overall finish. We also take great care in packaging your order securely to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.
However, we understand that sometimes things may not go exactly as planned. Maybe the size didn't fit the way you expected. Perhaps the colour looked slightly different on screen. Or in rare cases, there might be a manufacturing defect that slipped past our quality checks. Whatever the reason, we are here to make it right.
Our refund and exchange policy has been designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. We encourage you to read through the complete policy below so you know exactly what to expect and how the process works. If you have any questions at any point, our support team is always available to assist you.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 4-day return and exchange policy that starts from the day your order is successfully delivered to your address. This means you have a full four days to inspect your order, try on the garments (without removing tags), and decide whether you'd like to keep them, exchange them, or return them.
Any return or exchange request submitted after the 4-day window has passed will unfortunately not be eligible for processing. We strongly recommend that you open and check your order as soon as it arrives so that you have plenty of time to raise a request if needed.
Please note that all products being returned or exchanged must be in their original condition β unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or any kind of alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange. This policy exists to maintain fairness for all our customers and to uphold the quality standards that Coord Sets is known for.
2. Refund Policy
When your return request is approved and the returned product passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we process your refund in one of two ways. You get to choose the option that works best for you:
π³ Store Credit (Preferred)
This is our recommended and preferred refund method. When you choose store credit, the full refund amount is credited to your Coord Sets account without any deductions.
Store credits have no expiry date β you can use them anytime in the future on any product across our entire collection. This ensures you never lose the value of your order and can shop again whenever something catches your eye.
Store credit refunds are typically processed within 2β3 working days after the returned item clears our warehouse quality check. You'll receive an email confirmation once the credit is added to your account.
π¦ Refund to UPI (On Request)
If you prefer to receive your refund directly in your bank account, we can process it through your UPI number or UPI ID.
Please note that a βΉ250 service charge will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge covers the administrative and processing costs associated with bank transfers.
UPI refunds are released within 7β10 working days after the returned item passes our quality check at the warehouse. The exact timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank's processing speed.
3. Exchange Policy
We understand that getting the perfect fit on the first try isn't always possible when shopping online. That's why we've made our exchange process as straightforward as possible. However, the terms of the exchange depend on the reason for the request:
π€ Customer-Initiated Exchange
If you ordered a specific size and received the exact same size as per your order, but still wish to change to a different size β the exchange will be processed with a βΉ250 charge per item.
This charge covers the cost of handling, repackaging, return shipping, and dispatching the new size to you. We believe this is a fair and nominal fee that allows us to offer exchanges while keeping our prices affordable for everyone.
To initiate a customer-requested exchange, simply email us with your Order ID, the item you'd like to exchange, and the new size you'd prefer. Our team will guide you through the rest of the process.
π― Exchange Due to Our Error
If the size delivered to you does not match your order or does not align with the official Coord Sets size chart, the exchange will be processed completely free of cost.
In this case, all courier charges, handling fees, and service costs will be borne entirely by us. You won't have to pay a single rupee extra. We take full responsibility for any errors on our end.
Simply email us with your Order ID, a photo of the size label on the garment, and mention what size you had originally ordered. Our team will arrange the exchange pickup and dispatch the correct size to you as quickly as possible.
4. Charges & Deductions Summary
To keep things crystal clear, here's a complete breakdown of all charges that may apply during a return or exchange:

5. Conditions for Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions. These requirements are strictly enforced to maintain fairness and quality for all our customers:
Unused & Unworn
The item must not have been worn, used, or tried on without tags. Trying on briefly with tags intact is acceptable, but any signs of extended wear will disqualify the return.
Tags & Packaging Intact
All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact and undamaged. Products returned without original tags or in damaged packaging will not be accepted.
No Stains or Damage
The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any kind of physical damage. Items showing any of these signs will be returned to the customer.
Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
6. How To Raise A Request
Raising a return or exchange request with Coord Sets is simple and straightforward. Just follow these four easy steps and our team will take care of the rest:

Share Details
Mention the item you want to return or exchange, the reason, and the new size if applicable. Be as detailed as possible.
Attach Photos
Include clear photos of the product β front, back, and close-up of any defect or issue. This helps us verify and process your request faster.
We Handle The Rest
Our team will review your request and respond within 24β48 working hours with the next steps including pickup and refund details.
7. Important Things To Know
Before you raise a return or exchange request, here are a few important things we'd like you to keep in mind. These guidelines help us process your request smoothly and without any unnecessary delays:
Unboxing Videos: We highly recommend recording a short unboxing video when your order arrives. In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect product, an unboxing video serves as strong evidence and helps us process your claim instantly without any back-and-forth.
Original Packaging: Please keep the original Coord Sets packaging, polybag, and tags safe until you are fully satisfied with your order. Returning items without original packaging makes it difficult for us to accept the return and may result in your request being declined.
Colour Variations: Please note that minor colour variations between the product images on our website and the actual product may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions during photography, and display calibration. Such minor variations are not considered defects and may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Partial Returns: If you placed an order with multiple items, you can return or exchange individual items from the order. You do not need to return the entire order β only the specific item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Each item will be processed individually based on the applicable charges.
Refund for Prepaid Orders: If your original order was paid via prepaid methods (UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking), the refund will be processed as per your chosen option β either store credit or UPI refund. We do not process refunds back to credit cards or net banking accounts; all bank refunds are processed through UPI only.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or transferred to your UPI ID. Please have your UPI details ready when raising the request if you prefer a bank refund.
Quick Tips For A Smooth Process
Always include your Order ID in the email subject line β this helps us locate your order instantly and speeds up the entire process.
Use the same email address that was used to place the order. This helps us verify your identity and link your request to the correct order.
Attach clear, well-lit photos of the product from multiple angles. For defects, include a close-up shot so our team can assess the issue accurately.
Don't remove the tags or original packaging until you're 100% sure you want to keep the item. Products without tags cannot be accepted for return.
Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see our response within 48 hours. Sometimes email providers redirect our replies there.
For exchanges, mention your preferred new size clearly in the email so we can check availability and process the exchange without delays.
